My therapeutic one-on-one sessions take a whole body approach to movement, starting from the ground up. As every person is different, every session is unique. I use innovative techniques that help you develop better awareness and confidence in how you move, and give you the tools to have a better relationship with your body.
After our session I film the key points of the movements we covered, unique to you, so you can feel empowered to bring these changes to the rest of your life.
Sessions can be in person, at my studio in Urbana, or over Zoom
My weekend workshops are back! Once a month we’ll do a 2 hour deep dive into a different topic, all designed to help you know yourself and feel better in your body.
